Herbalabproducts.com is not responsible for any packages ordered
for Regular Mail delivery that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
We HIGHLY recommend using a secure shipping method such as Insured
Mail, Registered Mail, Express Mail or
UPS. If you do require Regular Mail, please contact us.

How That Information Is Used:
This information is only used for purposes for verifying and fulfilling requests, verifying delivery status and all related charges.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours via phone or email ONLY. A confirmation must be received to verify the order has been cancelled prior to shipment.
Orders undeliverable due to Customs maybe resent upon request made within 90 days of the order. All such requests must be accompanied by proof of return of the package by the Customs.
As a security measure, we may need to request a copy of your ID and Credit Card Number when we ship your order. Proof of delivery is only provided if the package is sent by UPS or United States Postal Service 5 Day Express Mail. These options also provide a tracking number so that you can track your order.
Payment may be accepted by Check, Money Order, Credit Card or Bank Transfer
(excluding select areas, please contact us for further information). Checks may be subject to hold for verification and/or clearance.

Bank transfer; you will be responsible for all bank transfer fees in ADDITION to the cost of your order. These fees usually range from US$20, so please check with your bank in regards to their specific bank fees and rules.
