Returns policy

All Orders are Final. No Returns or Refunds.

The reason that all orders are final is that we do not resell any returned products. They will be discarded for safety. Unopened returned orders will be returned to the customer at their expense (additional postage fees will apply).

We do not provide "replacement orders" for those that are delayed by Customs. Please see your Customs Office to pick up your order.
